A nomination is a process that a political party goes through in a constituency.
The party must choose a candidate to represent them in the next Provincial Election, which will likely take place in April or May of 2019.
Candidates put their names forward and a vote is held to determine who will be on the ballot.
If only one candidate puts their name forward then that candidate is acclaimed to be the candidate in the election next year.
You must be a member of the UCP Party to vote for nomination candidates. And you must vote in person on the date selected by the nomination committee.
